Jessica Courtney-Tickle is an illustrator based in London, England. She has a passion for combining watercolour and digital techniques together to create her work which bridges both traditional and modern illustration. Described as whimsical and dreamlike, her work often centres around fairytales and folklore. Jessica has received critical acclaim for her illustrations particularly for her work on 'My Nana's Garden' written by Dawn Casey which won a Northern Light's Picture book award. The book was also longlisted for the Kate Greenaway Medal the same year. Jessica's biggest achievement to date has been her work on 'The Story Orchestra', a best selling musical book series published by Frances Lincoln.
